Transitions Lifestyle System is a Total Lifestyle Approach to Health and Weight Management.  This is NOT a DIET but a plan for Health and Life.

Proper nutrition and sensible eating habits are the foundation of any Healthy Lifestyle.  The Transitions Lifestyle System is simply a way to establish them.  Health eating habits are personal and internal choices, once established, results will materialize.  Muscle dictates metabolism so the higher the metabolism the more energy and fat you naturally burn.
