Dr. Thomas is pleased to announce that additions of the Transitions Lifestyle System to his practice. Transitions Lifestyle System is a Total Lifestyle Approach to Health and Weight Management. This is NOT a DIET but a plan for Health and Life. Proper nutrition and sensible eating habits are the foundation of any Healthy Lifestyle.
